Water Your Skin

We´ve all know how important water is for our health. In fact, every system in our body dependss on water to function. We need to be conscience of how much water we are drinking or should I say, how much we are not drinking each day. Each day we need to 6-8 glasses of water.

If we focus on the very skin cells, water is the most important factor in their formation and repair. Water naturally purifies the body by flushing out toxins and waste. We are in contact with numerous contaminants each day, and water is necessary to flush them out and repair our body´s system. Without the cleansing effects of water, the chemical substances accumulate and damage the cells. When the cells are functioning properly, the obvious result will be skin that´s clear, smooth and beautiful.

Having skin that´s healthy, radiant and naturally glows, is all possible by drinking the answer that nature has given us - WATER.
